Our standard plan portfolio includes a sizeable selection of home designs that are designed to be mated with a detached garage or built as drawn. This collection appears in the "CP" designation and offers a number of sizes and architectural designs. These plans are ready to build, and can be built as is, paired with one of our many standard garage plans, a custom garage, or garages can be added via breezeway, florida room, screened porch, or other type of connecting structure.
